Down to 14% body fat. So right on track. I have started with 26 % in August, so 12% bodyfat are gone!
Today after 3 days off back to the gym. Started with cadio day.
Here is the day.
6.00h coffee
7.00h – 30 min stationary bike and 10 min treadmill.
- 3 x 20 cable crunches and 3 x hanging crunches.
- Afterwards 12 minute Sauna.
8.15h breakfast, oatmeal, fat free milk, kitka bread with marmelade, multi vitamin
missed the mid morning snack and felt really grumpy due to low blood sugar
12.30 lunch chicken breast and rice
16.00 handful of preanuts
17.30 tuna sandwhich
19.00 protein shake
21.00 fat free joghurt, banana
You see I vary my food intake and sometime skip a real dinner. But as long as your carbs, protein and fat intake keeps in a balance it is fine.
Tomorrow I am really forward for a chest, shoulder and triceps training.
